What they process and services

What they process

  • Deer (hunters' deer accepted)
  • Cattle (customer's beef)
  • Hogs (customer's pigs)

Services

  • Takes whole, hide-on deer
  • Skinning
  • Caping for a taxidermy mount
  • Sausage from your meat
  • After-hours drop-off
  • Mobile on-farm slaughter

Custom processing for beef, pork and venison. Each deer is tagged and kept separate; steaks, roasts and chops are boneless. Tell them if the deer was CWD tested: tested deer have their trim kept separate until results are back. Boneless meat for sausage is checked in at the store all year. Capacity is limited, so they may limit the number of deer accepted. Their mobile slaughter trailer harvests animals on the farm.
